Other tastes and markets

Frontignan, not only Muscat country!

Coquillages et poissons, des saveurs toute fraicheAs well as our famous Muscat, homemade jams, jellies and other  Frontignan specialities are available in the markets and shops of the town centre. For maximum enjoyment, try local dishes such as a ‘brasucade’ of mussels, a ‘bourride’ of monkfish, or a 'rouille' of  cuttlefish - delicious!

On the sweeter side, there’s a homemade cookie factory in the area - allow yourself to be transported by the flavour of Pavois de Frontignan, a shortbread biscuit based on Muscat.

Find all the flavours of Frontignan and the Thau countryside on a plate!
